Reservation Changes & Cancellations

At the time of booking, payment of all camping fees, including a non-refundable reservation fee, will be charged.

Standard Fees All fees in CAD plus HST. Fees subject to change without notice.

Change & Cancellation Fee (All Locations)	$11.25

Camping Reservation Changes

• Changes made to reservations eight (8) or more days before the day of arrival will result in a change fee.
• Changes made to reservations seven (7) or fewer days before the day of arrival will result in the forfeiture of a one-night camping fee, plus a change fee. 

Camping Cancellations

• Cancellation of a reservation eight (8) or more days before the day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation of a reservation seven (7) or fewer days before the day of arrival will result in the forfeiture of a one-night camping fee, plus a cancellation fee. 

Roofed Accommodations Reservation Changes

• Roofed Accommodation reservation changes made eight (8) or more days before the day of arrival will result in a change fee.
• Roofed Accommodation reservation changes made seven (7) or fewer days before the day of arrival will result in forfeiture of both the reservation, and entire camping fees. 

Roofed Accommodations Reservation Cancellations

• Roofed Accommodation reservation cancellation made eight (8) or more days before the day of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 40% of the original camping fee, plus a cancellation fee.
•  No refunds will be offered for Roofed Accommodation reservation cancellations made seven (7) or fewer days before the day of arrival.

Shortening Your Stay

• Requests to shorten a stay must be made park at the registration office before 1:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Early Departure Refunds

• No refunds will be issued due to conditions beyond park control, including but not limited to weather, insects, fire ban or beach water quality.
