Information
Please note new changes to our reservation policy: To make a site specific reservation, payment of all camping fees, including a $10 non-refundable reservation fee, will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
Please be prepared to answer the following questions when making a reservation: Name of Park Arrival / Departure Dates Type of site required (water/hydro, electric, basic or premium, etc.) Type of Equipment Name, address and postal code for each site reserved Telephone number Number in your party Names of the people in your party Vehicle Licence Number Pets - if a pet will be accompanying you, please ask us about the rules Method of Payment - have your credit card number and expiry date handy. All reservations are confirmed with credit card number.
Cancellations
Cancellations made before 1:00 p.m. of the day prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in the charge of the $7.00 cancellation fee only. Cancellations made after 1:00 p.m. of the day prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in the charge of the $7.00 cancellation fee and one night's camping or cabin rental charge. Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m. the following morning of the scheduled arrival date. However, you MUST register before 11 :00 a.m.or the campsite or cabin reservation will be cancelled or forfeited for the full stay.
