- At time of booking, payment of all camping fees, including an $11.43 (PLUS GST) non-refundable reservation fee will be charged to your credit card.
- All changes to and/or a cancellation of your campsite reservation will result in an $8.00 (PLUS GST) fee being charged to your credit card.
- Campsite reservation cancellations are to be made before 1:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled arrival at which time an $8.00 (PLUS GST) cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. Cancellations made after 1:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled arrival will result in the forfeiture of a one night camping fee plus an $8.00 (PLUS GST) cancellation fee being charged to your credit card.
- Camper Cabin reservation cancellations must be made before 1:00 p.m. 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival at which time the reservation fee plus 50% of the original camping fee will be forfeited. Cancellations made after 1:00 p.m. within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of both the reservation and entire camping fees.
- Changes to Camper Cabin reservations made before 1:00 p.m. 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a change fee of $8.00 (PLUS GST) being charged to the credit card. Changes to Camper Cabin reservations made after 1:00 p.m. within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of both the reservation and entire camping fees.
- All campgrounds operated by the St. Lawrence Parks Commission have a minimum stay policy during peak periods. Please note that there are NO REFUNDS for early departures during minimum stay periods. During 2009 the minimum stay periods are as follows:
- three-night minimum stay is required during the period May 15 to 17 and September 4 to 6; and
- two-night minimum stays are required during the period June 19 to 21, June 26 to 28, July 3 to 5, July 10 to 12, July 17 to 19, July 24 to 26, July 31 to August 2, August 7 to 9, August 14 to 16, August 21 to 23 and August 28 to 30.

- Method of Payment - have your credit card number and expiry date handy. All reservations are confirmed with credit card number.
