Upper Canada Migratory Bird Sanctuary

Turn your camping experience into a learning adventure that's fun for the whole family. The Upper Canada Migratory Bird Sanctuary (UCMBS) has more than 8 km of self-guided hiking trails, and many nature awareness programs for campers to enjoy.  A Visitor Interpretive Centre features interesting displays and themed merchandise. Group camping available.

Dates of Operation

Programs

 

Riverside-Cedar, Long Sault Parkway and Glengarry Campgrounds will be offering children's morning and afternoon programming sessions.

This programming schedule will run from:

  • Thursday, June 21 to Sunday, August 14
  • Thursday to Sunday & holiday Mondays

The schedule will then change to:

  • Saturday, August 20 to Sunday, August 28
  • Saturdays and Sundays only

Please see each location for the scheduled programming activities, which may differ at each campground. Weekly flyers will be made outlining the planned activities for that weekends programming sessions.

  • 14 km east of Morrisburg and 25 km west of Cornwall, Ontario, on County Road 2
  • Exits 758 and 770 on Highway 401.
